Firestone Complete Auto Care

There was a small hiccup, my tires were not ordered in the correct size at first. Harley quickly notified me of the problem and got the right size as quickly as he could. I did have a time crunch and he got the car ready for me in plenty of time! He even got me a better price than what was originally quoted me. My car feels safe once again!

Justin & his lead tech John an Drew stayed late to get me on the road! When the Johnstown location did a very poor sloppy job for what should have been a simple "fix a flat" on a wheel that was under warranty! But was told by the Johnstown store they were under staffed an didnt have the time! Wait what??? So I called Centerplace an those guys did a 360 (pun intended) for the tire fixed rotateded the others checked the correct pressure an is getting the tire in to replace the one needing a flat repair !! Great job to all of them!

My car broke down along hi-way 34 West and got towed to Firestone Greeley. Sir Lanny and his amazing staff took care of everything to keep my car up and running again, in a reliable condition. My sincerest gratitude and big kudos to Firestone Greeley. They are the best and we have been using them for years now and they always go above and beyond.

I called shortly before closing time about a leaking tire (place I got my tires was closed and I needed this fixed asap) - and one of the techs there - Harley - took care of it right away - diagnosed it correctly (didn't need a patch - the wheel was corroded) he cleaned it up and got me back on the road (VERY reasonable price). Great customer service at this location!!

In the years of coming to this location we have always had excellent customer service and never been treated rudely. John and the team go out of their way to help everyone. There will be nonstop customers and cars coming in and they maintain a positive attitude, the best quality of service, and a clean tidy facility. They have sold us great tires and made sure our vehicles were safe for our family. My father drives from Fort Collins just to come to this store. Now that my children are driving, it feels good to know they have had trustworthy service. We recommend the team to all and thank you John for taking such good care of us!
